Grill for at least 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts. Cut the sandwiches into thirds.
Chicken Parmigiana Croissant
Stuffing a croissant with chicken parmesan is a hot meal treat. Heck, you might even want to give your dog a break from their scheduled diet and let them join you for this decadent snack. Use your favorite recipe for the chicken parmigiana. Add the chicken to the croissant rolls along with melted parmesan cheese. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken portion, or serve it aside. You’ll want to bake the croissants in the oven to warm the chicken and melt the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Plate the entrée and serve with spaghetti.

Ingredients: Croissants (6), milk (2 cups), sugar (1/4 cup), eggs (2), flour (1 cup), baking powder (2 tsp.), maple syrup, powdered sugar, whipped cream, and strawberries.
Directions: Set your oven to 200 degrees. You’ll need a baking sheet that is lined with foil. Take a bowl and mix the milk, sugar, eggs, salt, and vanilla. Once smooth, add the flour and baking powder. Stir the combination until it is lump-free. Next, take a large skillet and spray it with non-stick spray or oil. Heat the skillet to medium-high heat. Take the croissants and dip them by halves in the batter. Let any excess batter drip into the bowl. Place the croissants in one layer in the skillet. Cook them until golden brown for about 3-5 minutes. Turn over each half until golden brown. Repeat the same process with each half. Keep them warm in the oven until ready to serve. Serve with maple syrup, powdered sugar, whipped cream, and strawberries.
Crab Salad Croissants

Ingredients: Combine the crab meet with finely chopped celery (2 ribs), white onion (1/4 cup finely chopped), mayonnaise (3 Tbsp.), chili sauce (1.4 cups), hot sauce ( 1 tsp), Worcestershire (1 tsp) and salt and paper. You’ll also need lettuce leaves (4) and the croissants (5) cut lengthwise.
Directions: Check the crab meat for any residual shells before combining the other ingredients in a bowl. Add the crab and season the mix with salt and pepper. Place the lettuce leaves in the croissants and cut the croissants in thirds. Arrange the sandwiches on a decorative plate for serving.
Croissant Pudding

Ingredients: Day old Croissants (8-cut in half), milk (2 cups), whipping cream (2 cups), eggs (4), honey (1/2 cup), nutmeg (1 tsp.), and vanilla (1 tsp.)
Directions: Set your oven at 350 degrees. Toast the croissants in the oven or a toaster oven. They will dry out and regain flavor so they can take in the pudding mixture. Put the milk and cream in a large bowl and add the eggs, honey, nutmeg, and vanilla and combine them well. Then add the croissants to the mixture and allow them to soak until it absorbs the liquid. You can also put the croissants in a baking pan (8 inches by 8 inches) and pour the mixture over them. Bake for at least an hour or until the pudding has a golden brown cast and a raised surface.
Danish Croissants

Ingredients: Homemade or store-bought croissants, berries, honey, and pastry cream.
Directions: Sprinkle the berries (add honey for sweetness) over the croissants. Make a pastry cream. Using a frosting or piping bag with a small tip, fill your croissants with the cream. If you want a warm consistency with the berries on top and the cream heat the croissants in a 350-degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
